Sha visits some old friends

Well, Sha had his first developmental follow up clinic appointment today, and to no surprise, sha has gained a HUGE amount of weight. He is now up 9lbs 7.5oz. That is quite a bit more than we expected. We new he was doing well and were estimating that he was about 8.5lbs, but this was a nice surprise. They also said that we can cut back on the feeds a bit so that ma can get a bit more sleep through the night, which if nothing else, is great news in itself. Other than that, not too much to report. He got a pretty good report card from Physio with only a few new exercises to help him develop. After his appointment, Sha felt that he needed to say "hi" to his friends in the N.I.C.U and the N.P.C.U. where he was greeted with a warm welcome and everyone googling over his little lion costume. All in all, it was a nice day, although I was having bad flashbacks about driving to the hospital, but at least this time, I could come home with him again. Tomorrow we have an appointment with Dr.M for a follow up from his immunizations. More to follow!
