Update on Ma's Battle with HR
Ma finally has her answer from HR... and she won! They are going to give her the sick leave and the maternity leave (with top-up)! After that, she will still have her 35 weeks parental leave, which means that Ma and Pa can return to their original plan!! Yippee.
Many many heartfelt thanks to Dr. B for all of her effort to influence this situation. We know that your efforts were not in vain and are truly appreciative. Not only are you wonderful for caring for Sha, but you're the absolute best for taking care of Ma as well. You rock!

Congrats on your battle with HR Ma. That will sure help with additional stress that was definitely not needed at this time. Just get lots of rest(Ma and Pa) because Sha needs you guys well. Our thoughts are with you always and during Sha's surgery. He's a little fighter. I'll be so glad when I can finally see him. Treasure every moment. Talk to you soon. The girls says hi!

Congrats!
Now Ma and Pa can focus on their little bundle of joy. This should be a happy time when family can celebrate Sha's firsts and his milestones.

Congrats Ma! I knew if anybody could battle HR and win, it would be you. Now you can really take care of yourself, without this added stress.
